Ownership

Examyra® is owned and operated by Rhymes Homes and Partners Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. By accessing or using Examyra at examyra.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

Examyra is an AI-powered exam preparation platform designed to help Nigerian students prepare for JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) and WAEC (West African Examinations Council) examinations. The Platform provides AI-generated practice questions, explanations, CBT simulations, topic mastery tracking, and parent progress dashboards.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Examyra offers a free tier (English subject only, limited sessions) and paid Pro subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Monnify, a licensed payment service provider in Nigeria.

  • 3-Month Plan: ₦3,500 — valid for 90 days from the date of payment.
  • 6-Month Plan: ₦6,000 — valid for 180 days from the date of payment.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law.
  • Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change with reasonable notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Questions, explanations, and study recommendations on Examyra are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic). While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and alignment with JAMB/WAEC syllabi:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Always cross-reference with official JAMB/WAEC materials.
  • Examyra does not guarantee that using the Platform will result in any particular examination score or outcome.
  • Examyra is a supplementary study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to JAMB or WAEC.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Platform or its content without written permission from Rhymes Homes and Partners Ltd.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform through automated means.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform — including the Examyra brand and AI-generated questions — are the intellectual property of Rhymes Homes and Partners Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Platform content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Rhymes Homes and Partners Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to examination failure or lost study time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Paid subscription periods are not refunded upon voluntary termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
